How to use

Our recommendation for optimal health is to pop 2 cubes into your fav mug and mix with 80ml of boiling water for a good daily dose. Dilute more or less to suit your taste buds.

It’s best to get your smoothies delivered to your work if you won’t be home during the day. Alternatively, leave a chilly bin outside your house and email us instructions with your contact number. Your smoothies should go straight back into the freezer, as soon as possible!

What do I add to my smoothies?

Blend each pack with 180-220ml of almond milk (or your choice of liquid).

How big is each smoothie?

Each smoothie pouch is 165g - 180g (depending on flavour), and once blended with liquid you have a 360ml smoothie.

Do I need to defrost my pack?

Our smoothie blends are best enjoyed straight from the freezer, however if you have trouble blending you can leave them out to thaw for a few minutes first.

How long does it take to make the smoothies?

Our blends shouldn’t take much longer than 1 minute to make (depending on the strength of your blender). We have done all the hard work for you, so that you can start enjoying your smoothie as soon as possible with minimal fuss or mess.

How long will it last in the freezer?

Naked Nectar smoothies will last a minimum of 6 months when stored correctly in a freezer. We recommend consuming them within 6 months.
