Smoothie Subscription FAQs
How often will I receive my smoothies?
Every two or four weeks.
What flavours can I choose from?
You can select from any of our smoothie flavours. You can choose any variation of our available smoothies on the Smoothie Subscription Box page.
Can I change my smoothie flavours?
Yes! If you're logged in to your account on our website, you can edit your recurring order. Please make any changes by midday on Friday for orders due to go out the following week.
Can I change the number of smoothies in my box?
You will need to cancel your subscription and set up a new one to change the quantity.
Do I need to set up an automatic payment?
No. When you checkout, an account will be created and your chosen card will automatically be charged. Your subscription will renew at the same time each fortnight. If you placed your original order on a Wednesday, your subscription will renew on a Wednesday two weeks later. Depending on your bank, the charge may appear a day or two later.
If I am going away, can I cancel an order but keep my subscription?
Contact us and let us know how many deliveries you’d like to delay. We can reschedule your order date.
If I move house, how do I update my details?
Once you're logged in to your account on our website, you can edit your recurring order. Please make any changes by midday on Friday for orders due to go out the following week.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription in your account. Click the person icon at the top of the website and log in. Click My Account, and then Subscriptions. To cancel, click Cancel Subscription. You’ll receive an email notification that your subscription has been cancelled. If you have any trouble, contact us and we can cancel it for you.
